James McGarvey is co-host of the Church Safety Guys, one of the largest groups on Facebook dedicated to church safety and security. In this episode of Who I Became James shares a serious accident that happened to his grandma when he was 11 years old, which shaped his 20-year volunteer career as a firefighter, EMS, and volunteer with the San Bernardino Sheriff's Department. This sparked a passion to dedicate his life to protecting others.
